All sales are final and we do not accept cancellations or refunds once a transaction has been completed. A return or exchange may only be considered if: the item is delivered in a damaged condition, the item is past its expiry date, or the wrong item is delivered. Please note: free items given as part of a promotion cannot be returned for refund or exchange, and exchanges are not applicable for online orders unless the above conditions are met.
